So, for the past couple of weeks I've been playing around with some different recipes and decided to combine my recent pumpkin obsession with coconut flour to create delicious,
healthy muffins which — most importantly — are also low in sugar.

healthy and lightened up from the traditional
muffin which can have over 300 calories and be loaded with sugar and fat.
It's awesome
muffins shout - out time because I think there's nothing like a dream of citrusy
muffin which is towards the

Anyway, if you manage to get your hands on it, it's a lovely,

which I recommend for rustic

I also had some buttermilk to use up, and liked that this recipe looked pretty
healthy but still adaptable, plus it looked like I'd get some mini
muffins out of the deal as well,
which are always fun.
Since I wanted these to be
healthier than most
muffins, I used white whole wheat flour,
which gives you 100 % whole grain goodness, with less of the heavy texture and wheaty flavor.
Healthy Lemon Blueberry
