This week I finally decided to give two very popular
healthy tuna mixes a try, greek yogurt and / or avocado.
Not exact matches
I add avocados to salads, stuff a half with
tuna or shrimp salad (but lobster salad sounds good, too),
mix them in with cold soups or just sprinkle a few slices with Maldon salt crystals for a satisfying and
healthy snack.
Eating
healthy...
mixed greens, salmon,
tuna, organic chicken, nuts, almond milk and almond butter, fruit and berries in the morning, Greek yogurt, cheese, vegetables, eggs, sweet potatoes, quinoa, squash, freekeh, wheat fiber (red mill), flax seed - barlean's, goods fats... avocados, olive oil, coconut oil.
Mixing canned
tuna with guacamole and hummus instead of the usual mayo is a
healthy swap that lowers unhealthy fats without sacrificing taste.
With a
healthy mix of both locals and curious Westerners sitting on both sides of us, the very serious and dedicated chefs quickly prepared our breakfast (salmon, squid,
tuna, tofu, ikura) with a side of miso soup, and placed it in front of us on a tray with a pot of hot tea to wash it all down.
