we hear other points of view within the religious community.
Once again, we're always keen to
hear other points of view, or to have someone point out the obvious holes in the argument.
If we could just
hear each others points better and come up with a solution or compromise then we would both feel respected by each other and the girls would then respect the rules.
Actually being able to
hear each others point of view can contribute tremendously to resolving your differences and feeling close and connected.

other Atheists that there is no God and continue to echo that without addressing any
points presented here.
Whether in private conversation, group discussion, a sermon or a speech, or in the interaction within the community, the question is whether there is, on the one side, conviction about what the gospel means and, on the
other side, unqualified readiness to
hear the
other people and see the world from their
point of view.
I am glad you used that theory as an example — as I had never
heard it before and that is my
point exactly — bringing
other theories to the table allows for students to explore and think and research.
