By now, I'm sure that many of you have at least
heard of foam rolling.
Before I ever
heard of foam rollers, I sometimes got so desperate that I used random household objects (like a tennis ball, a paper towel rod) to try and work out that spot on my back.

foam rollers help ease lower back pain, but
hear me out for the next 60 seconds and you'll see why I'm against it.
