When ready to eat,
heat muffin from
frozen (no need to thaw) for 45 seconds in the microwave.
It's best to eat whatever you cooked within 24 hours, except for
muffins and cookies, which you can
freeze and
heat up whenever needed.

freeze them, then
heat them up in the toaster oven (NEVER the microwave!).
When I have only a few minutes to make lunch or dinner, I

frozen veggie burger (my favorite is Dr. Praeger's California Veggie Burgers), add it to a whole - wheat English
muffin, throw on a piece a cheese and some fresh vegetables, and I'm good to go!
