heavy cream in my coffee about three or four days per week, black the rest of the time.
I don't eat it myself much (except butter,
heavy cream in my coffee and the occasional bit of cheese — all high fat, low casein).
It's a mixture of coconut oil, butter, and
heavy cream in your coffee.
