dress is from J. Jill and is old but a similar
dress (
though it's a bit
heavier material) available here.
Tights, a crinoline or slip (crinolines do an awesome job of keeping you warm in the winter),
heavier weight skirt or
dress, cardigan or sweater, and vintage winter coat make up my usual cold weather attire, with
heavy weight repro denim (I swear by my beloved Freddies of Pinewood jeans) for my causal days or if I'm going to be walking
though much snow.
I would have liked to see her hair swept back
though and the shoes seem a little too
heavy for the
dress.
You still can look beautiful in a Summer
dress even
though the weather is not cooperating, but in your heart Fall is definitely falling
heavy for you in such a knock out look.
Leggings might be a bit
heavy for it
though - what about opaque tights in a slightly different shade than the
dress to offset it a bit?

though, it was a jazzy, ankle - grazing
dress that Kendall Jenner first wore on the runway (see below), complete with a sequined pleated skirt, satin belt and
heavy, boxy shoulders.

Less interesting are Pinar Yolacan's photographic portraits of grim - faced, well -
dressed women draped with meat and other organs, which,
though visually striking, are conceptually obvious and
heavy - handed.
