I will say that the parts near the beginning of the first act are pretty
heavy on the cutscenes and light on gameplay.

The lower native resolution of the 3DS screens was always going to hamper the visuals, but all pre-rendered
cutscenes look considerably worse thanks to
heavy compression artifacts ruining the once crisp clarity
on the videos.
The game's
heavy focus
on the design of the world and its mechanics creates more of a virtual and engaging experience than what is generally possible from games with elaborate plot twists and lengthy
cutscenes.
Meanwhile
cutscene length is far better judged and features
heavy use of shaky cam, something I'm normally against as movie directors these days rely
on it far too much, but it's artfully done and combined with long, single camera shots.
In
cutscenes you notice Chloe's hair is
heavy with sweat
on the nape of her neck and her skin glistens as her body desperately tries to endure the heat.
