lemon juice to blender 2) Wait 1 hour for them to come to room temp 3) Add in about 1/3
of your soupy mess and blend 4) Slowly add soupy mess while blending 5) Blend the
heck out of it until it emulsifies.
I tried all the typical things like blending the
heck out of it, adding more water, more oil, more
lemon, and
of course nothing worked.
But the kale was on the verge
of going bad, so I just ripped it up into pieces, tossed in a bowl with a little olive oil and
lemon, and massaged the
heck out of it until it was soft and tender.
