I chose these amazing lamps (at $ 40 each) to help give
some height on either side of the table.
Not exact matches
It might be a little difficult to converse with the folks
on the other
side of the
table due to the
height of the trees, but I guess that is where you sit Crazy Aunt Betty (and I know your family has one too!).
One drop
on a carpeted office floor from a
side table at a
height of 2 feet has resulted in cracks in the case itself... better than the phone.
I also saw
on Pinterest where they brought an outlet up to the
height of the console... I would maybe do it
on the
side of the
table... out
of sight.
I would add more taper candles as accent candles
on each
side of the center piece and fill in the gaps all the way down each
side of the
table with votives and tea light candles at different
height levels.
I like keeping the center
height focal point
of my tablescapes lower, to make it easier for my guest to converse with each other seated
on opposite
sides of the
table.
