Well it is true that some people seek sorcerers to implement Jinn that are satanic demons into mankind or his house or his business to finish him or make his life miserable or to stop flow
of his business income...
In such case it is either you are religious enough and say your prayers often then it becomes hard for this to harm you or otherwise you need to find some one who practice exorcism to remove this evil... But many are just pretending to be good at it and help you not but squeeze money out of you with tales and stories... There is another type of possessions and that is not through a sorcerer but directly by coincidence what man is at his weakest moments and those weakest moments for a possessions are when you come through a great fear or when cry or laugh loudly in hysteria, or during a certain moment of mating... or even when sneezing loudly... That's why there are prayers to be said on daily basis to guard you from such things and specially if passing haunted places such as deserted houses but most evil ones are residents of public toilets and market places... Some of them even would claim that you have made a wrong action by which you have killed a dear one to them and for that they have possessed you and that is mostly night time such as throwing a cigaret butt to a dark place or stepping killing an insect or even an animal at night which could have been one of them or possessed by one of them... So this is true thing happening to many who suffer unexplainable illnesses or sufferings which could look like mental illness that comes and goes as pleased.

I'm confused it says they will be gossips conceited unholy haters

in the end
times to stay away not even to receive them not even pray for them is that blasphemy then it says they hold firm to a godliness but deny its power but I thought blasphemy they don't hold firm to any godliness but are not drawn by the spirit at all to wan na ask forgiveness even it says god is just and will forgive why I wish he would forgive all things his children suffer over that can't change
need to also it says

But there's no doubt that there are certain things
needed if Anglicanorum coetibus is to take concrete form here: one
of them is that the existing hierarchy should
in the early stages
help and cooperate with it, while at the same
time rigorously respecting andfostering the new jurisdiction's absolute independence.
The ten people who already have eternal life and who know the basics
of the faith so they can read the Bible and learn to follow Jesus on their own, or the ten people who are standing with one foot
in hell, are wrapped
in the chains
of the devil, and are pleading and praying to God,
if He is out there, to send
help in their
time of need?
Your sins are already washed away by the blood
of Jesus
if you're a believer, which gives you a right to BOLDLY come before God's throne
of grace... «Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne
of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to
help in time of need.»
Atheism offers nothing to me, it never has and never will, it doesn't make me feel good or comfort me, it's not there for me when I'm sick or ill, it won't intervene
in my
times of need or protect me from hate, it doesn't care
if I fail or succeed, it won't wipe the tears from my eyes, it does nothing when I have no where to run, it won't give me wise words or advice, it has no teaches for me to learn, it can't show me what's bad or nice, it's never inspired or excited anyone, it won't
help me fulfill all my goals, it won't tell me to stop when I'm having fun, it's never saved one single soul, it doesn't take credit for everything I achieve, it won't make me get down on bended knee, it doesn't demand that I have to believe, it won't torture me for eternity, it won't teach me to hate or despise others, it won't tell me what's right or wrong, it can't tell nobody not to be lovers, it's told no one they don't belong, it won't make you think life is worth living, it has nothing to offer me, that's true, but the reason Atheism offers me nothing is because I've never asked it to, Atheism offers nothing because it doesn't
need to, Religion promises everything because you want it to, You don't
need a Religion or to have faith, You just want it because you
need to feel safe, I want to feel reality and nothing more, Atheism offers me everything that Religion has stolen before.
Rick the more i think about it we are to live as overcomers not strugglers since the day i decided to turn away from the sin that was controlling my life i never fell back into old sinful patterns not once, was i tempted many many times. The Lord will work
in our lives one area at a
time he
needs us to give him full control so
if an area is taking control we do
need to hand it to him so he can change us.How do we do it immediately we say Lord you know i am weak but
in you i am strong i leaned on him and overcame
time and
time again.We all have areas
of weakness that we struggle
in so do nt feel bad.Struggling is us trying to do it
in our own strength before this process i was so stubborn i refused to let God
help me i wanted to do it
in my own strength and so it was a roller coaster ride
in my christian walk
if the day went well i was on a high
if it did nt i would would be down. Not any more now when things do nt go to plan i still thank the Lord and when it goes well i thank the Lord.Because i know that all things work for good to those who love the Lord. The main area he is wanting is our hearts he wants all our heart not only some until we come to that place we will continue to struggle
in our faith. The only reason to tell you this is not to boast because
of what i have done
in myself because i have nothing to boast about but
if i did i would brag that Christ has empowered me by his holy spirit to be an overcomer just as he would want you to be.As Christians we are all called to be overcomers more than conquerers.Make a decision today to turn all your hearts to the Lord to acknowledge the areas you are holding onto that are controlling your flesh life hand them to the Lord and walk according to the spirit and not the flesh and he will give you the victory. That can be a reality starting today merry christmas everyone and may the new year be an exciting one as we put all our trust
in Christ our Lord and savior.Brentnz

i was a devout believer once... i have read the bible many
times from an unbiased point
of view — the issues came when i asked questions and people kept sayin you HAVE TO TAKE IT ON FAITH...
if faith is all thats
needed, why the book, why the 10 commanments????? i have seen horrors
in life, and
in my lifetime — stuff that
if god existed then i find him no more worth worshiping then the pipe that
helps me sleep at night.
why don't you start with why humans invented religion
in the first place, the origins
of the books
of the bible, the multiple «christ» (copied) stories throughout the history
of time, fossil evidence
of evolution
of man and all species, all the discrepancies
in the bible, knowledge
of all the gods that humans have believed
in through recorded history, the political uses
of christianity
in the
time of it's origin, the fact that every other religion has followers who believe just as strongly
in their own god / book, that fact that
if you had been born
in another part
of the world you would be a different religion and going to «hell», and that a good, kind, omniscient god wouldn't allow all the suffering and evil to happen, and wouldn't
need «
help» as christians like to tout... and then we'll get to all these ridiculous fools.
* 2 cups raw, organic walnuts, toasted
in a 300 degree F oven for 20 minutes and then cooled slightly (
if you have
time to soak your walnuts
in water overnight first, go ahead and do so... this can
help make them easier to digest;
if you do soak them, rinse them
in clean water and pay dry before toasting them, or skip the toasting step) * 1 tablespoon toasted walnut oil (or use a different neutral oil like grapeseed) * 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, plus more to taste * 1/4 cup unsweetened, unsulphured dried cherries, chopped (I bought mine at Trader Joe's) * pinch or two
of fine Himalayan or sea salt (start with one pinch, blend, taste, and add more
if needed) * 1 - 2 tablespoons cacao nibs or finely chopped dark chocolate
The site is several states away and we are arriving a week early to
help out with decorating, etc so I wonder
if I make and freeze these ahead
of time, defrost them the day before, would it be better to just reheat them
in crock pot, or would it be better to freeze them after browning and cook the day
of the wedding
in the crock pot (not sure how much
time I'll have) Thee will be about 140 people so would
need a few crockpots!
We
need better though but I'm
in full 100 % support
of the purchase
of Shkrodan Mustafi and Lucas Perez.Mustafi can
help Koscielny now.I've been saying it here
time and
time again that it's not a world clsss striker we have
needed but a clinical finisher which we have lacked for several seasons and counting.Hopefully this guy puts Giroud where he belongs which is on the bench.Though a world class striker is good what we have lacked is someone who puts the game to bed
in clinical fashion but Arsene Wenger has listened to many people to the extent that
if he can't get a world class striker then he can get anyone.
If Arsenal had a clinical finisher for some five seasons or so we coulda won the EPL then.Giroud has cost us matches and will continue to cost us matches.Giroud is half decent as someone said here the last
time.I expect Perez to be much better
if he can take on his man and be clinical
in front
of goal.
3 League titles / 6 Fa cups and constant champions league last 16odd years out
of 19 also but no matter what anyone says his
time as our coach has come to an end even
if we win the league which
in fairness we have a great shot so going out
of Europe could
help us win the league for Wenger to leave on a high like fergie did... This has to be his last season
in charge along with Stan the Conman... Money
needs put into this squad to get it to the next level and a different direction because
in all honesty when we beat Bayern they just did nt take their chances like they did last night and they already had a great squad and added to it
in the summer with Costa etc... we had a real chance this year
if we had brought
in more than Cech and that is Wengers fault!
this window has just finished i am already thinking about who we will get for the january window we might try for khedira on a really low offer as he is free agent almost would
help boost numbers
in midfield
in the new year as we will no doubt
need to filling the numbers about then also i will hold my hands up and say i was wrong this morning for giving wenger stick and saying welbeck is rubbish i have been out
in the cold light
of day and had a chance to reevaluate the situation and realized that this could be a canny shrew transfer on wenger behalf actually
if wenger can turn the clock back and work his magic on welbeck and get him scoring goals and improve his game then we could have a great underrated signing on our hands its wengers absolute trust
in him that might be what makes him a great player as this is something that he never had at old mordor
if anybody can make him a world beater wenger can he loves this little pet projects improving players against the odds welbeck has the skillset to be high class player upfornt he just
needs to work very hard on his finishing i think once he gets a few goals under his belt he will settle
in fine and he is a team player you could put him on the left against man city to shore up that side and he will put
in a great shift without a complaint that could be his biggest asset to us or on the right whenever we
need him there ithinkwenger might start himon the left against city to protect the left back against navas and i bet you
if he does a great job we will take a shine to him quickly i am hopeing he will be one
of those wenger gems that he finds and polishes up to a high finish i must admit i was annoyed as some other gunners were at not signing d / m and c / h but
if wenger does win the league with this lot it will be his greatest win yet and what might play
in to our hands is the unpredictable nature
of the league
in the last few seasons
if we get on a good run at the right
time we might be hard to stop look at city they should have never lost to stoke but the result is there
in black and white for all to see and i think chelsea will hit the skids after a while to just because cesc and costa are doing well now thats there main threat but teams will work out how to stop them as the season goes on and chelsea will become predictable i think we might just do well this season after all
Joining a club
of arsenal s stature has its ups and downs. There is a requirement
of how our players should perform when on the pitch. The following is a list
of players who were wrong to choose arsenal.Aaron ramsey - Even though he is the most favoured
of all players at the club now.I cant
help but think how it would have gone for Him
if he decided to search for other greener pastures. He was a clear talented footballer during his
time at cardiff but he hasnt been raised with the discipline at arsenal. You can always see ramseys all round strengths but sadly Its not
helping him or the club with his foward moving pleasurr. He is so Over used and its sometimes difficult for him to get used to the rythm
of the game.With
time you realise he gets low ib confidence and his engine gets wasted. He
needed somebody who would have managed him properly and with care and that person is certainpy not wenger. You would have been better off at Manu mate.Calum chambers - Came us a very talented player from southampton with raw talent. He was very good at first but wenger found a way to reduce his level
of confidence. His inexperience was left exposed and wenger did nt do anything to resolve that problem and instead He looked for other talented players.Alex oxlade chamberlain - Another very talented player who
needed only his skilled sharpened and his character modelled. That and he was ready to become a world beater. But wenger decided to let him run and run like a headless chicken causing him to be often injured and damaging his confidence.Who knows what would have happened to him gad he decided to look for more greener pasture. He is surely a much better player than this.Theo walcott - Another player who was tipped to have a very bright future. He had it
in him.But all he
needed was an appropriate manager who would nurture him with discipline and
help him with his talent. But on Coming to arsenal he was given Much more responsiblities putting more weight on his shoulders on top
of that another player who was recklessly managed with his talent and never coming off age because his character wasnt properly shaped.Mesut ozil - Al right i agree he perfoms well just recently. But imagine all the legendary players he was often compared to during his
time at real madrid. On coming to arsenal he found no rotation often overused, suffered many injuries and his confidence dwindled. It is pretty clear arsene does not take any responsibility for players. And when at arsenal you have to be your own manager. You
need not rely on your manager otherwise you might continue being the same player for the next many years. That is why each and every player are what they are because
of their own efforts and wenger had nothing to do with it.Van persie was the same player for over 7 years untill he himself decided to change.Wenger only organises and prepares tge team while the rest is
in your court. It is not what so many people make it out to be.Thats why we
need to pressure wenger more than our own players. They are their own self managers and wenger
needs to take that responsibility
His return, on a two - year, $ 11 million contract that should be made official early this week, could
help resurrect three important Rangers, all
of whom
need to bounce back from forgettable seasons
if the team is to make the playoffs for the first
time in four years.
Because we
need to clear space
in our squad mate, we've got players like Diaby, Flamini, Arteta, Sanogo, Podolski, Campbell, who don't contribute much now,
if these players were moved on an better players introduced it would rasie the standards at the club which will
help us to challenge the top team
in europe.Sanogo a project?we haven't got that kind
of time mate not while he earning 40k a week for not doing much.
Time for some brutal honesty... this team, as it stands, is in no better position to compete next season than they were 12 months ago, minus the fact that some fans have been easily snowed by the acquisition of Lacazette, the free transfer LB and the release of Sanogo... if you look at the facts carefully you will see a team that still has far more questions than answers... to better show what I mean by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state of affairs on a position - by - position basis... in goal we have 4 potential candidates, but in reality we have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he's the only one we have actively tried to get rid of for years because he and his father were a little too involved on social media and he got caught smoking (funny how people still defend Wiltshire under the same and far worse circumstances)... you would think we would want to keep any goaltender that Juventus had interest in, as they seem to have a pretty good history when it comes to that position... as far as the defenders on our current roster there are only a few individuals whom have the skill and / or youth worthy of our time and / or investment, as such we should get rid of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction of things to come... some fans have lamented wildly about the return of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort of pie in the sky meanderings are indicative of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle of the park we need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)... in order for us to become dominant again we need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players in the final third... he was never a good defensive player in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed to regularly start when none of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's time to get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time on the training table as on the field of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they would demand players of a similar ilk to be brought on board and that wasn't possible when the business model was that of a «selling» club... does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't get Higuain over the line when he was being offered up for half the price he eventually went to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest to strikers who were clearly not going to press their current teams to let them go to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani... just part of the facade that finally came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has done off the field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the game has changed quite dramatically in the last 15 years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger on the outside looking in... so don't blame those players who demanded more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately to raise awareness for several years when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet of those who were well aware all along of the potential pitfalls of just such a plan but continued to follow it even when it was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever really wa

if you look at the facts carefully you will see a team that still has far more questions than answers... to better show what I mean by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state
of affairs on a position - by - position basis...
in goal we have 4 potential candidates, but
in reality we have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he's the only one we have actively tried to get rid

time and / or investment, as such we should get rid
of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid
of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to see
if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction
of things to come... some fans have lamented wildly about the return
of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort
of pie
in the sky meanderings are indicative
of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base...
in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition
of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our
need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle
of the park we
need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any
of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind
of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't
help make the player
in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)...
in order for us to become dominant again we
need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did
in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this
in mind,
if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack
of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players
in the final third... he was never a good defensive player
in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result
of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest
of the midfield the blame falls squarely
in the hands
of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed to regularly start when none
of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club
of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model
needs a complete overhaul... for me it's
time to get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time on the training table as on the field of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I always thought that
in a relationship that each person basically took care
of their part and
if they
needed a little

times of need and vice versa.

I've traveled forever with newborns through teens (now) and we're

The rise
in social and mainstream media commentary should empower new moms to reach out and ask for
help if they
need it; struggling with a new baby is nothing to be ashamed or concerned about, and there are so many outlets that new moms can access
in times of stress and doubt.
For example,
if your baby was born prematurely, he might
need to be woken to eat for a longer period
of time after birth than most babies
in an attempt to
help him gain weight.
There's nothing wrong with adult children living at home, especially
in difficult economic
times such as these, but
if the
time comes that you feel they
need a gentle nudge out
of the nest you can
help them to find an acceptable roommate or two and guide them through the process
of settling into independent adulthood.
If you see your baby's waking as a genuine
need, it could
help you to enjoy this precious cuddle
time: feel the softness
of his skin, breathe
in his delicious smell and snuggle!
on what they choose to do
in order to
help their child sleep better, consider instead applauding them for respecting their child's
need for sleep, even
if it means sacrificing a bit
of their own
time to attain it.
If your teen has been struggling with behavioral issues and not responding to any
of your efforts to
help him turn his life around, you may
need to look into full
time care
in order to get him the
help he
needs.
I would say just talk to them about the potty read up on babycenter about the different things to
help the process along because even
if they are not talking that much they still may give off many non verbal clues
of having to go potty.However
if they are really not ready try potty training keep a onesie on
in the day
time with their clothing and a blanket sleeper on at night that way they hopefully won't be able to get to the dirty diaper before you.My dd is 19 months as well and I have been training her sort
of by letting her sit on the potty I have only let her use the one that goes on the big toilet but she peed
in it once and she often will say she has to pee when
in the bathroom but will sit and not do anything and get little pieces
of tissue off the roll and push it into toilet this is her renditon
of wiping even though the tissue does not really come
in contact with any areas that
need to be wiped I have slacked off on the training because she can not pull her pants up and down which is on the list
of things kids
need to be able to do to go by themseleves.Maybe just get them a few books and videos and a potty chair and talk to your dd's and see what happens you may be surpised.HTH
We
need to keep reminding them that further delay is also causing a lot
of anxiety
in the area so
if it is within their
time frame to come out with the review as soon as possible it will
help,» he added during a workshop held

If a predator is involved, a parent can not waste

And for a vegan bodybuilder who must unfortunatelly play tetris with the food sources that he choses
in order to give to his body the right ammounts
of aminos, restricting SPI and soy foods so much does not make his goal any easier. There are sometimes that you
need a meal thats complete with aminos and soy provides that meal with the additional benefits
of lacking the saturated fats trans cholesterol and other endothelium inflammatory factors.I'm not saying that someone should go all the way to 200gr
of SPI everyday or consuming a kilo
of soy everyday but some servings
of soy now and then even every day or the use
of SPI which
helps in positive nitrogen balance does not put you
in the cancer risk team, thats just OVERexaggeration.Exercise, exposure to sunlight, vegan diet or for those who can not something as close to vegan diet, fruits and vegetables which contains lots
of antioxidants and phtochemicals, NO STRESS which is the global killer, healthy social relationships, keeping your cortisol and adrenaline levels down (except the necessary
times), good sleep and melatonin function, clean air, no radiation, away from procceced foods and additives like msg etc and many more that i can not even remember is the key to longevity. As long as your immune system is functioning well and your natural killer cells TP53 gene and many other cancer inhibitors are good and well, no cancer will ever show his face to you. With that logic we shouldn't eat ANY ammount
of protein and we should go straight to be breatharians living only with little water and sunlight exposure cause you like it or not the raise
of IGF1 is inevitable i know that raise the IGF1 sky high MAYBE is not the best thing but we are not talking about external hormones and things like this.Stabby raccoon also has a point. And even
if you still worry about the consumption
of soy... http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21711174.

By the
time you get through the 7 levels
of training progressions
in the book, you will have not only a flat stomach and a six - pack, but a rock - solid core that will
help you get rid
of back pain (
if you had it) AND give you the support you
need to perform at your best.
I would add
in some other goals, smaller goals that are going to
help you lose the weight, maybe
if you are just starting exercising for the first
time, then you will have a smaller goal
of going to the gym every other day, or 5 days a week, or even buying the clothes / shoes you will
need to work out
in.
Be careful
of over training, it can feel like you are working harder but you may be doing more harm than good, your body
needs time to recover (during this
time the small tears
in your muscle fibres repair themselves and this is what
helps increase their strength) so it is important that you take 1 - 2 days off per week —
if you don't you are increasing your risk
of injury.

if your eating a healthy diet anyways, you might not
need super amounts

of times it's just getting enzymes and getting acid levels up makes a huge different because that kinda
helps us process things better but many
times we actually have to get rid

in the gut for that to
help but off the bat, yes, magnesium's a good one, adding an extra soluble fiber can be a big
help, and potentially even using some
of these laxative herbs
if we
need to, just so we're not creating this toxic environment.
