This groundbreaking research, sponsored by Zoetis with matching funds from the Pfizer Foundation, is the first scientific effort to document the positive effects of Animal - Assisted Therapy (AAT) in
helping pediatric cancer patients and their families.
This new commitment to the precision medicine initiative will provide additional opportunities over the next three years for physicians to analyze the genomic profiles of
pediatric patients to better understand their
cancers and
help improve treatment options.
