I have another tricky question, I would like to buy a protein powder, but whey apparently contains a lot of lactose, some sites say it does not, some say it does, very confusing, I can not tolerate fermented
products, so rice protein powder is also a no go, egg protein would be possible, but I would like a vegetarian
product, as I do eat a lot of meat, I thought about
