Hemp Mylk — I love love LOVE this milk.
Strain
the hemp mylk through a nut mylk bag or cheese cloth slowly to remove the pulp.
I started off with a Maple
Hemp Mylk: this mylk is more flavourful, protein powered and rich in omegas.
Rinse the blender and add the strained
hemp mylk.
Hemp mylk is a bit more watery and has a nutty flavor, and it's packed with amino - acids and omega - 3 and - 6 fatty acids.

hemp seeds!
3/4 cup of your favourite nut
mylk (I used homemade
hemp and it is the perfect flavour for this smoothie!)
I used a touch of cinnamon, pure Canadian maple syrup to sweeten and Manitoba Harvest
Hemp Seeds which I buy in bulk from Costco, so it saves some money as I know making your own nut
mylk can be pricey!
