Also if it helps, I too use hemp protein powder, 15 g of protein, 7 g of fiber.
I accidentally used Vanilla hemp protein powder - in the oven now - now sure if this will work - very strange color too
high arginine seeds and nuts like almonds and hemp give me hsv flare ups so protein powders are out too.

The whole - fat hemp hearts are just too oily and can cause diarrhea when starch is also included in the diet; the ground - up protein powder is gritty and includes the husk.
