dressing: 1/4 C white wine vinegar or 3 T lemon juice / 1 t Dijon mustard / 1 cup or more finely chopped fresh
herbs, a combination of 2 or 3 of the following: chives, oregano, marjoram, sage, sorrel, tarragon.
