Here are some thoughts on variations and
substitutions — The bananas make them moist because if they are dry they don't taste near

Just made these and they came out very well, even with a couple of
substitutions (I live in Turkey, couldn't find «all purpose flour», what they have
here just translates
as «flour», plus couldn't find coconut oil so I used hazelnut oil).
Make your raw chocolate in the usual way — honey is an optional
substitution for Sweet Freedom
here for sweetness
as it matches the other ingredients well - and then remove from the heat and set aside for 10 minutes until the chocolate starts to thicken.
As an experienced baker, I'm comfortable making
substitutions and improvising on a recipe, so in fairness, some of my changes may have had an impact
here - mostly on quantity of batter.
But,
as good
as the recipes are, the ones
here are so many and ingenious, and the
substitutions so helpful; it is in short, it's the answer to prayers.

as an option for either rotation or
substitution, both can play in that position) LF: Alcacer (reason to put him
here as Araniaz replacement bc Turan is gone, and like Villa who is a strike but played
as a winger for Barca, same for Alcacaer who did decent against Real in the 2 - 3 win last season in that same role) CF: Suarez (Suarez and Messi can't play with each others anymore if success is wanted.

substitutions — I always use honey instead of agave nectar and did so
here; I did use grapeseed oil
here because it was the first time and I wanted to not vary the recipe the first time much but I will use coconut or palm oil next time
as they seem to work fine in the other recipes I've tried so far from this blog.
I regularly substitute whole wheat pastry flour for regular all - purpose flour in muffin recipes, Laura, and they always turn out great... so I see no reason why the
substitution wouldn't work
here as well!
