we are not fluffed up with the benefits of central heating, where we are buffeted inside in the warm, wearing boardies Mr Beach Cottage, with the thermostat set at 25 when outside it's below freezing... no here, it's cold inside too... it may well read Sydney 19C and Sunny in the back of The Times newspaper world weather in London... but friends that does not mean at night.

firstly thank you for all the messages regarding the email subscription and feedburner... a few things... since the accident in our family I have not published any Beach Cottage Newsletters (they will be back soon) so if you haven't received the weekly little message from me with a few extras from Beach Cottage Land and a bit of a round - up of what's been going on, it will be back soon, it's not that you've been removed from the list or anything like that — I have been so busy at the moment with sooo many appointments and medical stuff and well you know the gig with three kiddos plus if I'm truly honest I just haven't had it in my to greet people with what's been going on here when in my heart I feel like cr*p... So all last week I was feeling a tad under the weather to be honest... even with my new - not - so - new - I - used - to - loathe - you - but - may - now - keep - you made - over white leather sofas (go here if you missed that, I am a lady who is dangerous with drop - cloths) and so with my sore finger I decided that with the Beach Cottage Crew all back at school, Mr Beach Cottage back in the office, I would sneak off very quietly and go out exploring a local area that I hadn't been to before.

Well here we are in December Beach Cottage ladies, Christmas is coming, a coastal Christmas for me at that, how did it come around again so quickly?!
