The relativity that Newton
here rejected is not the relativity that Einstein propounded; and although the Special Theory of Relativity has shown Newton to be wrong in some respects, and in particular has shown that we should not think of time
by itself in complete independence of everything external, time is related to space, and also to velocity, contrary to Newton's opinion, it has not shown that time is
relative in Newton's sense, and merely some numerical measure of process.
The willingness of President Bush (in his better moments) to spend money to shore up civil society — making it perhaps less necessary to spend money down the road, as the promise of the «ownership society» was fulfilled — was taken as an opportunity

by other methods there may be biases (possibly unknown) which distort the result.
Is it the long - awaited, predicted and scientifically reasonable CO2 fertilization feedback effect on the oceans» vast biomass of CO2 - consuming cyanobacteria, albeit also driven

Linear regression provides some evidence of a small rapid negative response in the LW from water vapour, related largely to decreased

As nobody
here can do these kind of sums, which I learnt in school some 55 years ago, the output from burning gasoline
by that formula is 54 % CO2 and 46 % H2O, and as none
here is aware, the radiative forcing from atmospheric H2O
relative to CO2 is about 2 - 4:1 in favour of H2O (Houghton, TAR and 2004), it is clear that burning fossil fuels is very beneficial to all of us,
by generating both CO2 and H2O each of which has enormous benefits for us
by increasing yields in agriculture, livestock, forestry, and fisheries.
No problems
here Andrew, I don't think that you were believing that the oceans have a large effect (at maximum within one year), and I completely agree that the oceans are not a constant sink, as that is modulated
by temperature... As the emissions are
relative monotonely increasing in increase speed, one can expect a good match between a more variable independent cause and effect...
