here's the thing: these latkes are a fun twist
on the traditional, but they still respect the humble potato latke and they
taste pretty classic too, except for some hints of salami.

on the right track

From
here on out the recipe went as instructed, but it
tasted a bit off, and was not very sweet at all.

on here is the beet - sauerkraut relish, with its sweet - tangy
