here in Vermont, we've been especially enjoying our wraps to bundle up snacks and sandwiches for sunny
days on the slopes and long
snow - shoe treks in the woods.
On days like today in Ohio it's hard to believe that summer will ever get
here... it's the end of April and we had
snow flurries!

Yesterday's
snow day here on the east coast was much needed.
First, I absolutely love skinnies and firmly believe that they are flattering
on every body type (

days until the spring really arrives

Days are getting longer,
snow is melting and you already feel the lightest breath of warm breeze
on your face - spring is
here.
Whether you're into surfing or just walks
on the beach, just a few
days here will make you feel like the
snow and sleet are a million miles away.
I was lucky to land
here on a
day when it was
snowing, the atmosphere was extraordinary and the views exceptional!
Here's where things get really good, because many of us don't even get
snow on Christmas
day.
I have sat
here exploring why this means so much to me,
on my third
snow day in a row.
As far as I have seen
on TV
here, New York State had a lot of
snow in a only one
day last week, because of the polar front going very deeply southward.
White Christmas is defined
here as having at least an inch of
snow on the ground
on Christmas
Day.
As an employment lawyer,
here are some questions that I get about missing work
on snow days.
We got
snow here in Indiana
on Christmas Eve
day also and my two dogs, one of which I rolls
on her back and I swear makes her version of
snow angels, absolutely loved it.
On a
day that is dreary
here in Missouri with 2 - 4 inches of
snow predicted, just seeing these gardens was so uplifting!
Here in Maryland, we had

Of course

snowed here in Pittsburgh, haha.
Before we know it,
snow will be covering the outdoor furniture and winter will be
here, but until then, I will be enjoying the Thanksgiving season and looking forward to seeing family
on Turkey
day.
