There is so much
hidden dairy and soy seems to be in everything.

hidden dairy and soy ingrediants!
By 5 months his potty symptoms hadn't resolved and he was reacting to
hidden dairy and soy so I decided to wean him off breastfeeding to formula full time again due to his doctors recommendation.
I am constantly scanning labels to look for
hidden dairy and soy and have started making almost everything we eat at home.
Not exact matches
rite now Ive given up caffeine,
dairy, gluten, wheat,
soy, bread, fried foods, flour, sugar, oils (except organic virgin coconut)
and pretty much processed foods altogether — I truly feel it must be my diet, but I just can not get thru the day without consuming something Im not supposed to have, be it certain fruits, vitamins, spices (I just found out cayenne pepper is another no no) or something w / a
hidden ingredient in it —
