carb tolerant, etc)... its also unfortunate that many in the low
carb community are among the ones to suggest that exercise is a waste of time, etc etc, which is also not true and does great disservice to many who listen... low
carb does nt work
due to some voodoo or because the law of thermodynamics does nt apply... it works mainly because it controls calories and for some people, helps them achieve calorie deficit better than other
diets... when folks show up here and suggest «i was in a calorie deficit but wasnt losing» or «exercise does nt work» thats when we cant help but grimace... or chuckle...
Cashews are possibly the worse nut for a LCHF
diet due to the
high carb amount.
Would you say that this is solely
due to acclimatisation or is there some part of the fat burning / ketone production that raises your inner core temp beyond what would be normally for those on a

Dr. Graham also makes the argument toward protein intake for adults being likely under 10 %
due to looking at what is in breast milk, however, he does not address the fact of
Carbs and Fats being a much different percentage in breast milk than that of his
High Fruit
diet.
If, after all this research and careful eating, our LDL's are so
high due to nutritive deficiencies, shouldn't there be people out there eating the SAD (or other super
high carb diets) with a much greater degree of vascular damage (

He is so ready to criticise others for not doing their
due diligence and for not being scientific yet unless I'm reading the news reports incorrectly he didn't look any further than the low -
carb /
high protein

diet, and once again, the more

diet, the
higher the enzyme levels are likely to be.
