Avoid processed,
high fat meat like sausage, hot dogs and ribs - these types of foods are high in sodium and saturated fat.
I also want to point out that you do not need to eat bacon and
high fat meat on this diet.
Whether it's butter, ghee, coconut oil,
higher fat meats like bacon, rib eye, you're — if you're — eat chicken it's gonna be skin on, chicken thigh.
I am not at all a big promoter of low - fat foods, but to start off a meal with
a high fat meat spread, move onto a main meal that has vegetables cooked in lard, then very fatty meats put in and cooked slowly... OMG!
Though this is
a higher fat meat, the whole meal meets balance with plenty of fresh veggies and beans.
