I hadn't lost any weight for 3 months counting calories and doing
high intensity cardio until I started practicing yoga every morning and the weight started coming off straight away my body shape has changed drastically for the better and that stubborn stomach fat has disappeared by half and still going.
When starting out initially, it probably is reasonable to focus a bit more on
cardio and lightweight resistance training
until you build stamina and strength for more
high -
intensity workouts.»
