If you
hit a point where one lift is weakest and the others are all easier either stick with the same
weight till your weaker lift catches up or alternatively you could have a separate
day of the week not doing this routine where you just work on that lift and improving your strength on it.

days there were periods when I had to work 60 - 70 hours a week, I modified my training to where I would
hit the gym 5
days a week for 40 - 45 minutes of
weight training.

weight to 100 from 80 in about 3 weeks by mixing up on / off
days and light / medium with heavy training (trying to take advantage of the muscle «continuum» and

My petey
hit 11 months old and started throwing up every
day, lost
weight and became dehydrated.
Should I be using the
HIT principles for the
weights days or focus on being steady with the
weights and taking the appropriate amount of time to do them?

hit glutes nearly every other
day with bosu ball squats, quick straight leg kickbacks,

weight training for about a year now I am currently working chest & Tri (sat) back & bi (sun) mon off, shoulders & I legs tues, weds off then start routine again
hitting muscles every 4
days, each training
day consists of about 8 exercises for example 4 chest 4 Tri and am using 8 rep range, I've had moderate results!
I've been saving money for a «reward» shopping spree when I
hit my goal
weight, and that
day is coming quickly.
Whether its warming up with a hot yoga class on those brisk mornings or completing a quick
weight training session, I find that if I wait until the end of the
day to
hit the gym, I'm often too tired, both mentally and physically.
If 7 - 10
days seems alarmingly short, remember the law of
weighted averages: if most animals stay a shorter amount of time in adoptions («fast track»), a few animals can stay quite a long time («slow track») and still
hit a target LOS that is fairly short.
If the rumors still have any
weight to them, I think the worse case scenario would be a launch
