i'm brand new to baking and stumbled onto your site after searching for hokkaido milk bread and have tried a couple other of your recipes since then.

Cut the hokkaido into halves, scoop out the seeds and cut it further into quarters.
You can bake all of the hokkaido and use it for the pumpkin salad, of just bake the parts you need!
