The grand plan is that the
company will eventually have content available on the full range of media platforms anywhere in the world, from traditional print publications and
cable channels to snappy websites
with streaming video suitable for hand -
held devices, as well as downloadable digital magazines.
In his statement, Tu, a lawyer
with the Los Angeles law firm Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, said that Dauman and Abrams had also been removed as directors of National Amusements Inc., the
holding company that owns the controlling shares of
cable giant Viacom and CBS.
