law has recently been passed in an attempt to improve the situation, the FJI disapproves of the minimum cover for sickness, disability, pregnancy leave, and retirement that it offers, along with no right to
paid holidays, redundancy allowance, and unemployment benefits.
Benefits include health & dental insurance for FT employees,
paid vacation and
holidays for all employees, sick
pay as required by State
law, CE reimbursement for registered techs, clinic sales bonuses possible.
We are lucky enough to be based in Finland and by
law we both have four or five weeks
paid holiday in one year from work sans the bank and national
holidays (which we use for quick romantic getaways in Europe when we can).
Another interesting fact about Japan are their
paid holiday laws.
Any form of compensation is covered under this
law, including overtime
pay, salary, stock options, bonuses,
