I was recently contacted by Wayfair with a challenge to decorate
a holiday table using five items from a list of options they provided.
It's a delish way to add a side to
your holiday table using a superfood.

uses for this festive garnish include: sliding a few frosted cranberries onto small cocktail skewers and serving them alongside a drink, adding them to a cheese board for a dose of much needed colour, garnishing a fruit platter to be served at a
holiday brunch, or simply filling small bowls and distributing them around your space for a pretty, edible
holiday table decoration.
It is refreshing, beautifully complements the main dishes on your
holiday table, doesn't get limp or soggy like a lettuce - based salad, and
uses easy - to - find ingredients that are in season in the winter.
So not only is it perfect for a weeknight (or a Friday night when you're just.plain.tired), it's also perfect for the
holiday table since, well, it doesn't
use the oven!
This roasted turkey is suitable not only for

Using craft paint and a gold - leaf kit, you can create stunning Easter eggs that will look beautiful on your
