Honestly, it's not even that I have issues with the paleo diet (meat + veggies are among my favourite meals), although I do prefer the primal way (including full - fat diary, rice, potatoes etc.), it's the

than - you attitude that I can not stand and the fact that they pretend it's not a low - carb diet.
They are mostly
holier -
than - thou proponents of
fad diets that feed the trend of this relatively new industry serving up a vast array of gluten - free junk foods.
In other words, you are much better served by doing almost any form of exercise that you find enjoyable and can commit to doing on a regular basis
than you are to embark on a search for the
holy grail of hot yoga, fascial stretch therapy, spin classes or whatever this month's fitness
fad du jour is.
