A meditative
practice of mindfulness - based stress reduction (MBSR) is increasingly used as part
of a
holistic approach to the treatment
of anxiety, as well as for chronic physical illness and pain.
Outside
of her work with the
Holistic Life Foundation, Jazmine uses
mindfulness as a tool coaching aspiring models, and is especially interested in using contemplative
practice to enrich the lives
of young women.
This session will also explore the differences between
holistic practices like yoga,
mindfulness, and meditation and show how each one can benefit the lives
of students.

of modalities including primary movement, promoting and supporting positive behaviour in the primary school, developing collegiality in a primary school; developing
mindfulness and happiness in primary school children, as well as being a Restorative
Practice practitioner and trainer.

mindfulness and have helped many people find insights into the nature
of their sufferings.

of treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and
mindfulness - based approaches to help her clients achieve their goals and promote
holistic healing.
