Holy Spirit, even Spirit of truth as Paul takes us through the Words of the Lord to have us established in the truth: The Word of our Lord is as refined silver, 7 times in the fire: Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith, to them who believe: In the Bible one's «belief» and one's «behavior» are often compared.
It never made sense to me that if the Bible is the word of the
living God and Christians have the
Holy Spirit, WHY would you have to beg them to
do all this stuff?
The real problem is how people
live them in a wrong way and we instead of learning the religion from their
holy books try to understand from the people who claim they are
doing it for one religion.
To «
live by the Spirit and walk by the Spirit» not to expirament for ourselves on our own because «we are not our own» we are possessed by the very Spirit of God and as such speak like
Holy Spirit in us... think about possession for a second, what
does it look like?
They
do not have the
Holy Spirit in thier
lives to help them from
doing the very awful things that are in the world.

do with eternal
life but is speaking of losing the ability to be an overcomer in Christ.Having been there as a carnal christian i always believed in Jesus but i felt i

life so i felt like a hippocrite i was still subject to sin and sinful desires.So in that sense i had never received salvation because i had never been an overcomer in the first place.So i can see how a christian could lose there salvation having once walked by faith but that
does nt effect there eternal
life in Christ.Just so others know i am now walking by faith and am an overcomer i know what it is like to experience the power of the
holy spirit and to not be overcome by my old nature that is what Jesus wants us all to experience rather than being a victim of the enemy.Whether we are an overcomer or not

Our buildings» spiritedness of souls are to be given up upon death to the
Holy Spirit and in so
doing we will be afforded another
Life within the domain (s) of the Kingdom of God!
We are called to
live holy lives that honour Christ and sometimes
doing so may mean we get put in jail / persecuted (like Joseph, Daniel and a host of other biblical examples, including Jesus himself.
Does the so - called prophet filled with the
Holy Spirit in your

If we in the Church don't commit to being transformed into the likeness of Christ, why should anybody listen to us when we talk about the amazing power of the

does a tremendous disservice to honorable people who are faithful believers to place on them the additional burden of guilt, shame and magnified suffering that comes from the kind of doctrine that promotes (sells) prayer as a magic talisman which will somehow change God's mind, alter physical circumstance, and fix intractable problems — if only the one praying has enough faith or asks in the right way or

life or professes Jesus enough or waits patiently or never gives up or any of a hundred different gotchas that can be called upon to justify the lack of an affirmative answer.

That was a very interesting read many comments caught my attention I've recently been diagnosed with Bipolar I have hallucinations and hear voices in my ear's when I hallucinate it's likes they are trying to get me thousands of them I can only describe them as dark shadows and they are trying to get me just as they are about to get me a brilliant white light surrounds me and there's three entities humanly shaped but like this brilliant white light they are also glowing this brilliant whiteness I can't understand what they are saying the only way I can explain it is emotions comfort joy love is what I feel emanating from these entities the voices I hear aren't evil telling me to

do we understand the work of Christ or the
Holy Spirit in relation to non-Christian traditions, which clearly have sustained the
lives of countless millions and generated great civilizations?
I wanted to dance in a swirl of indigo and gold, in red and kelly green, because in the midst of all the craziness of this world and all of the work there is to
do it's a
holy thing to take a minute of your
life to say Oh, God, you're beautiful you're as good as we dare to hope right alongside of a bunch of kids.

Living in low - income housing, teaching free literacy classes to refugees, setting up basketball camps for bored inner - city kids: all of it had a few costs for me personally, sure, but the

living out one's God - given vocation... I don't have to dig too deep into my own experience to recognize the hang - ups that this glorification of marriage and a one - time conversion experience can foster.
Someone Who Is
Holy isn't pacing down the grocery store aisle with three tinies hanging off the cart and coupons in her purse, she isn't running the dryer again to «fluff» the clothes that have sat in there too long, she isn't snorting while she laughs at television shows on Netflix, she isn't on her hands and knees wiping up someone else's vomit, she isn't locking the bedroom door and throwing a saucy look of promise at her husband because clearly good sex isn't included in the holiness
life, she doesn't sweat, she doesn't turn on cartoons for three - minutes - of - peace - for - the - love.
Now God's solved the touchy issues of needing
live sacrafices so that his
holy power meter doesn't run out of worship fuel.
One
does not ask in what way this or that form of
life merits or does not merit sympathy as something valuable... Life as such is holy

Conversion is a process that
does not begin and end with the profession of faith in Christ, but begins with the
Holy Spirit's prevenient grace on the person's
life and continues through repentance for a lifetime — the Kingdom comes.
