The Incredible has flat Touch enabled
buttons on the
front bottom (
home, menu, back, and search) as well as a optical joystick /
button that I honestly don't use too much because
just about everything can be done
on the touch screen.
If that wasn't enough to sell you
on this device, it features an amazing 16 - megapixel rear facing camera and 5 - megapixel
front facing camera that you can quickly launch from any screen
just by double tapping the
Home button.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 comes in two sizes, rather than
just one, and it too has a metal build with rounded corners and a fingerprint sensor within the
home button on the
front of the device.

My biggest problem with the phone design is the fingerprint reader, which moved from the
home button on the S7's
front face to a narrow strip

home button (Samsung's term, not mine) and have the phone automatically begin scanning for a face, the sequence, while not quite as fast as a

just like this year's Moto phones, the Moto X4's fingerprint scanner features gesture support for back and recent apps.
Small things like the physical
home button and the capacitive touch
buttons on the
front have been the same for quite some time now, but there's not to complain as they work
just fine.
The absence of a physical
home button on the
front has pushed Samsung to place its fingerprint scanner at the back
just beside the dual - lens camera, as pointed out by Forbes.
This makes it easy
just to push the invisible
home button on the
front of the Galaxy S8 (it's always
on, even when there's nothing
on the screen) to get to the
home screen, or press the
home button after quick - launching the camera without having to wait for the phone to unlock.
