If I spread out the 3 day lean
legs workout you have put up over the week and alternate between the 10 minute at
home workout and the full body calorie burning circuit doing one of them every day, would this instead build up my thighs and glutes?

My intermediate
home workout consists of a four day repeating cycle: a push
workout (this one), a pull
workout, a
leg workout, and a rest day.
This is an at
home butt
workout that will help tone your butt and give you athletic, sexy looking
legs (can be done at
home, or do it anywhere).
I intentionally avoid gym / weights and insisted on at
home body weight
workouts (elevated push ups, pull ups, hanging
leg raises via «Iron Gym» in my doorway)....
On the contrary, other
home gyms only cover upper body
workouts leaving behind cardio and
leg training.
Most
home workouts use unweighted exercises like bodyweight squats, which clearly aren't going to build a solid set of
legs, and standard push ups, which you're probably already doing, but they aren't adding muscle.

I wanted to share some of the moves we did with you guys, so I created this 10 - minute Tone It Up
leg workout that you can do at -
home.
I wear them over my
leggings on cold days walking to and from my
workout and then wear them on their own when I'm working from
home.
In the
legs, calves are the most important part and there is a full calf
workout at
home for those who really don't want to spend their money in the gym.

So, as you probably know, most of the gyms have
leg curl machines, some of them require you to lie prone, but if you're not working out at the gym and you're performing the

Avoid Wearing Unfamiliar (untested) gear (at least for a major
workout): those
leggings may look modest when looking into your mirror at
home, but it could quickly become X-rated as soon as you bend over to do deadlifts or as you become sweatier throughout the
workout, not to mention unknown chafing areas (see point 1 above).
