I think I know how to avoid the Standard American
Diet, but I guess I want to know what REALLY constitutes a balanced
diet, including raw dairy,
homemade yogurt, local and seasonal harvests, meat from happy
animals, etc..

diet we select for them, and not every lifestyle can support a raw or
homemade diet!
