I would say I hit this about 4 - 5 days a week, other days I may omit the snack or keep the snack and omit a meal, if i do that though I would add a bit of protein with it.

The Palms restaurant is open 7 days a week from 7.30am - 10.00 pm serving full American breakfasts, sandwiches and soups, mixed salads, finger foods, and Caribbean inspired dinner options from fresh fish to homemade desserts.
But most weeks I keep Sunday breakfast light and simple, with homemade muffins and fresh fruit.
