Oh my gosh, great minds — I made a batch of banana yoghurt
muffins this week with a batch of my
homemade yoghurt that came out a bit
too runny, was planning to share them in the coming weeks.
I've also swirled in about 1 teaspoon of blueberry preserves in place of the
homemade compote, and although of course it's sweeter, it's works beautifully and makes a fabulous
muffin,
too.
