The homemade white bread recipe I tried came out beautifully.
I would use the Red Star Yeast to make
homemade white bread.
Also, my bread was a totally different color, not at all brown on the inside, it was more the color of
homemade white bread.

homemade grilled cheese sandwich and yet, it is a wonderful (vs. soft,
white commercial sliced
bread) on its own.
