I have made crispy treats similar to these - with rice puffs, peanut

chips for flavor - and they set at room temp just fine (on hot days they melt in your hand, but that's part of the fun;)-RRB-.

butter you buy is fairly sweet and / or you decide to add the chocolate
chips, you may want to go with the lesser amount of
honey listed in the ingredients.
