In addition, because
honey is liquid (even creamed honey), the liquid ingredients need to be reduced also by 1/2 cup for every 1 cup honey used.
As for using all honey and no sugar, I'm not sure if it would work since brown sugar is solid &
honey is liquid.
It's tricky because
honey is a liquid and bakes differently than sugar.
I believe the taste should be slightly sweeter with honey, and since
honey is liquid, it might create an even smoother peanut butter!

I
was pretty generous with the salt in this batch: I added some salt to the dry oatmeal mixture, then I added more salt to the
liquid mix of coconut oil,
honey, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla extract.
It
's very likely it burned because of the coconut sugar, whenever you use
liquid things to add sweetness like
honey or stevia the baking times can change for that.

liquid honey that you buy from the grocery
is not as beneficial or healthy for you as raw
honey.
You can use eggs, your favorite type of milk, a mixture of
honey or agave and a
liquid so it
's not too thick or even a juice.
Worked out great, I used 1 cup (I wouldn't necessarily want this in a glass to drink, but the added pulp
is fine in relish I also used SugarLeaf (SweetLeaf stevia / cane sugar blend, I didn't have enough
honey), about 1/4 cup and two droppers of Lemon Drop
liquid stevia.
My one challenge
is knowing if I can substitute powdered /
liquid natural sweeteners for the
honey / maple syrup / agave additions to your recipes?
The texture
is definitely the best when using coconut sugar, so
be prepared for drastically different results if you use a
liquid sweetener such as maple syrup or
honey.
I don't like
honey nor agave pretty much, can I use another sweetener like
liquid stevia or something or do you think it will
be a mess??
The only reason I've guessed this problem has happened with a few people
is that the
honey you used
was too runny —
liquid as opposed to a thicker creamed
honey!

'm wondering if I could substitute
liquid stevia in place of the
honey as I
am on a sugar - free diet.
I have a few favourites, but a quick one
is to cut the fresh fig into quarters, not going all the way through, drizzle with the
honey / orange
liquid then place a square of Gorgonzola (my favourite) into the middle and roast in the oven along with some chopped walnuts.
If you will
be storing it, use whole cane sugar instead of agave nectar or raw
honey, or add the
liquid sweetener just before serving.
The bread
was perfect every time (the bread only had 2 large eggs, 1/4 c
honey and 1/4 c coconut oil for
liquid).
