In a large bowl, combine the cashews, corn puff cereal,
honey nut cereal, oat cereal squares and pretzel bites.

honey, Sanders ice cream and hot fudge, Dearborn ham, Garden Fresh Gourmet salsa and chips (made right here in Ferndale!)
You could also swap out half of the
honey for some sort of
nut butter to help the
cereal stick together.

cereals as a kid were fruity pebbles, cinnamon toast crunch,
honey nut cheerios, and frosted flakes.
And for anyone who's curious, my
cereal of choice is a combination of shredded wheat, cinnamon raisin granola and
honey nut cheerios.
Mix some dry ingredients (rolled oats, flax seed, wheat bran,
cereal) with dried fruits and
nuts (cherries, cranberries, blueberries, raisins, almonds, walnuts, macadamia) and drizzle in some wet ingredients (
honey, maple syrup, agave nectar, peanut butter).

For example, to build a bar, you get to pick the base (
nut / seed butters and dates), protein powder (soy, rice, or whey),
nuts and seeds, dried fruits and berries, sweetener (
honey, agave, or brown rice syrup), seasonings / chocolate, grains /
cereal (granola, crunchy rice, or oat bran), and vitamin infusions.
Chex also carries gluten - free
honey nut and mixed berry granola and clusters
cereal.

To make them, all you have to do is melt the
honey (or brown rice syrup) in a saucepan with whatever

cereals that are gluten - free are cinnamon, chocolate,
honey nut and rice.
I like snacks that are temperature stable (won't spoil), such as a peanut butter (or other
nut butter) and jelly /
honey on whole wheat / whole grain bread with a box of milk, or a baggie of dry whole grain
cereal, dried fruit and
nuts.
Consume these healthy
nuts by chopping them up and adding them to your
cereal, or you can make your own walnut butter by blending them together with some
honey and cinnamon.
