honey would work just fine,
use it
in the
recipe just as you would sugar.
I
used clover
honey in this
recipe, but feel free to replace it with other types of
honey like wildflower, sage or orange blossom.
I noticed she

recipes but I would swap that out for agave or my new favourite Bee Free Honee.

Today, I want to share our best general tips for
using stevia, as well as some specific guidelines for how to reduce the
honey in a
recipe by substituting my favorite brand of stevia extract.
For this
recipe, I
use the raw unsalted ones so that I can skillet roast them
in tamari and
honey.
Of course, when choosing my sweetener, artificial sweeteners are out, and I no longer
use bleached and refined white sugar, so there was no reason to look for any other sweetener than the

recipes but many times they aren't for everyday consumption.
I modified the original
recipe a bit, because that's what I do — but
in this case, only a tiny bit: I
used maple syrup
in place of
honey, and I let the food processor mix
in the coconut milk too.
So, the
recipe of this salad I read
in one tiny little book with few
recipes suitable for the Lent diet, when you're not allowed to eat meat and dairy products; and I liked it from the first spoon (even though first time I didn't
use neither
honey or coriander seeds) and since then I prepare it.
