I try to
exercise at least three or four times a week — I'll play hockey and
hop on the
bike.
If you really don't want to hit the treadmill or
hop on a
bike — which is understandable — there are other, less intense cardio
exercises you can do to help relieve cramps.
You can simply come home, relax for a minute and
hop on your
bike to complete your daily or weekly quota of
exercise.
I may not have
exercise bikes that I can
hop on for 5 minutes at work but I can go for walks around the building, always take the stairs, go to the toilets
on another floor etc..
If you've fallen off the fitness wagon and regret purchasing that gym membership or the new stationary
bike for your basement
exercise room, remember to keep your chin up and
hop right back
on.
