If it gets really chilled and solidifies again it can be re-liquified with very little heat so you don't end up with
hot butter again.

You can make the coconut
butter liquid
again by placing the sealed jar in a bowl of
hot tap water for 15 minutes or so.
A sprinkle of sea salt, some fresh cracked pepper, and a few dashes of
hot sauce and you'll never go back to
butter again.
