hot chilli powder instead, and I have enough left over for tomorrow

Once the oil is
hot, stir - fry ground cumin, coriander,
chilli powder and lemon grass for a minute.
I didn't have a
hot pepper on hand, so I added
chilli powder and smoked paprika.
That's why I added the regular red
chilli powder for that
hot taste!]
Once the oil is
hot, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric
powder, red
chilli powder, salt and pepper.
We usually cut it into thin slices and deep fry or roast it for best flavours, sometimes plain, sometimes with a batter made of rice flour mixed with cornflour, some red
chilli powder or paste, salt and just a tinge of sugar, and water, for some crispy and
hot tempeh.

I peel the squash pat them dry then sprinkle them lighty with
chilli powder it gives them a better taste (they won; t be
hot to the taste)
