I always start my morning with
a hot cup of water and freshly squeezed lemon juice in it.
For colds, I add 5 drops of an essential oil to a boiling
hot cup of water and inhale the steam for several minutes.
I found that this is easiest if you warm the underside of each cupcake / muffin tin hole above
a hot cup of water / tea / coffee.
I like to drink
hot cups of water and apple cider vinegar and stevia and I started not being able to even taste the sweetness AT ALL, which is very noticeable with ACV... lol.
