I have made crispy treats similar to these - with rice puffs, peanut butter,
honey and rice
syrup, and some chocolate chips for flavor - and they set at room temp just fine (on
hot days they melt in your hand, but that's part of the fun;)-RRB-.
Of course you can replace it with
