In essence, instead of serving a hot vegetable and a piece of fruit with every meal, put fruit and vegetable choices on the salad bar.

Whether eaten as a snack, light meal or as a starter to that barbecue grill, that salty - sweet combination going on in this recipe will keep you cool during the hot summer days!

It's fresh and full of flavour and it's eaten cold, so it's a very refreshing meal on a hot day.

Chili, saffron, ginger, and paprika are on heavy rotation these days, and I'm surviving cold days with hot meals infused with far - away flavours.

This salad is great extra cold and on its own as a light meal on a hot day, though we did put it inside our wraps when we were starving.

It can be integrated to be used on containers of various sizes, shapes or materials, creating a portfolio of products that work together for hot and cold meals.
