Just be sure to plan ahead — the bars
cook at a low temperature for a few
hours so it's best to
make them ahead of
time so you'll have them at the ready.

making a sorghum risotto required sage - like amounts of patience, as it took more than 3

I find it best to soak them in water overnight or for at least an
